Truststack / Privacy

A privacy notice for a practical corporate site.

This notice explains what the current Truststack corporate website does, what happens when you choose an external contact route and how to ask questions about privacy.

Privacy notice · 9 October 2026

In brief

The corporate site does not provide a form or automatically send an enquiry. If you choose email, phone or WhatsApp, your device opens that service and the information you decide to send is handled by the relevant service and by Truststack in the context of the conversation.

01 Scope and responsibility

This notice applies to the Truststack Academy and Educational Services Ltd corporate website at www.truststack.ng, including this page and the corporate service pages linked from it.

Truststack Academy is a separate external learning platform at truststack.academy. Its own website, accounts, course activity and privacy information are outside this corporate-site notice. External social, messaging, email, telephone and map destinations are also operated under their own terms and notices.

03 Information you choose to send

The contact page offers links that open your email, phone or WhatsApp application. The site does not collect or submit the message itself. If you choose to continue, you may decide to send contact details, your organisation, project context, questions or other information in the external app.

Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for the enquiry, especially confidential, sensitive or personal information about another person. Truststack may receive and use what you choose to send to understand the enquiry, respond, discuss a potential service or maintain the resulting business conversation.

There is currently no dedicated privacy mailbox. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@truststack.ng.

04 Use and legal context

Where information reaches Truststack through a voluntary enquiry, the practical purpose is to read and respond to the message, clarify requirements and manage any resulting relationship. The specific lawful basis depends on the facts of the engagement and has not been asserted here as a blanket rule.

The Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 establishes principles and rights relating to personal-data processing. In plain terms, relevant principles include fair, lawful and transparent processing, specified purposes, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and appropriate security. The Act and current Nigeria Data Protection Commission guidance should be read with the circumstances of the actual processing.

Nothing on this page is a certification or assurance that Truststack meets every obligation. Truststack considers its responsibilities in context and updates this notice when relevant processing changes.

05 External destinations

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Fonts, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Truststack Academy and other external destinations take you away from this corporate site. Those destinations may set cookies, use storage, process device or account data, or apply other technologies that Truststack does not control.

Review the destination’s own privacy notice and terms before providing information there. A link on this site does not mean that Truststack controls, endorses or has verified the destination’s processing practices.

06 Retention and security

The corporate site does not maintain an enquiry database through its pages. Information sent through email, WhatsApp or telephone is handled in the relevant service and by Truststack in the context of the conversation. Retention depends on the purpose, business need and applicable requirements.

Truststack applies appropriate safeguards to information it receives in the ordinary course of its work. No online transmission or third-party service can be described as risk-free. You can ask hello@truststack.ng how a particular enquiry is handled.

07 Your rights and questions

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the NDP Act provides data subjects with rights and information relating to their personal data, including being informed, access, rectification, objection, portability, erasure or being forgotten, withdrawal of consent and protections around automated decision-making.

To ask a question about information you have sent to Truststack, contact hello@truststack.ng and include enough context for the request to be understood. We may need to verify identity and clarify which conversation or service is involved. This page does not promise a fixed response period.

You may also consult the Nigeria Data Protection Commission for official information and regulatory routes.

08 Changes and contact

This notice may be updated when the website, contact routes, production services or applicable requirements change. The page will show the date of its latest update.

For a general corporate enquiry, use Contact Truststack. The verified corporate contact details are hello@truststack.ng, +234 809 024 3111 and 25 Destiny Young Avenue, GRE, Ewet Housing Extension, Uyo 520101, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
