A clear frame for using this site.
These terms describe the role of the Truststack corporate website, the boundaries around its content and links, and the point at which a service discussion moves into a separate agreement.
This site is informational. Browsing the corporate site does not create a service engagement, and the contact links open your own email, phone or WhatsApp application rather than submitting a website form.
01 Status and scope
These terms apply to the Truststack Academy and Educational Services Ltd corporate website at www.truststack.ng and its corporate service pages. They are intended to explain use of the site, not to replace a contract for professional services.
Truststack Academy is a separate external learning platform at truststack.academy. Its courses, accounts, learning activity and platform terms are not governed by these corporate-site terms.
02 Services and separate agreements
The site describes areas in which Truststack may be able to help, including institutional ICT, learning platforms, online provision, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, privacy guidance and skills development. Descriptions are for orientation and do not constitute a quotation, promise of availability or professional advice for a particular environment.
A service engagement, scope, fee, timetable, deliverable, support commitment or responsibility will only arise through a separate agreement or other written confirmation accepted by the relevant parties. The site does not create a contract merely because someone reads it or follows a contact link.
03 Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful, personal or organisational information purposes. Please do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its availability, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, impersonate Truststack or use its content to mislead others.
You are responsible for checking that information you choose to send through an external email or messaging service is appropriate for that destination and does not disclose another person’s information without a proper reason.
04 Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Truststack name, official logo, original page copy, design system, illustrations and other materials on this site belong to Truststack Academy and Educational Services Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the site and make reasonable reference copies for personal or organisational use.
Do not reproduce, adapt, sell, distribute or present Truststack materials as your own without permission. Third-party names, logos, links and platform content remain subject to their own rights and terms.
05 External links and services
The site links to Truststack Academy, social networks, Google Fonts, WhatsApp, Google Maps and other third-party destinations. These links are provided for convenience. Truststack does not control their availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices or subsequent processing.
Opening an external destination is your choice. Review its terms before continuing, especially before entering personal, confidential or account information. A contact link labelled “Open email” or “Open WhatsApp” does not send anything until you choose to send it in your own application.
06 Content and availability
Truststack aims to keep the site clear and useful, but information may change, contain errors or be incomplete. The site is provided for general information and does not replace advice tailored to your organisation, legal advice, security assessment or a signed project scope.
We may update, suspend or remove pages, links or features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Truststack is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general site information, an unavailable page or a third-party destination. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
